Overview

In Philadelphia, the irresponsible and selfish Maggie is a drunken promiscuous woman. Her sister Rose is the opposite: a responsible lawyer but very needy and has is a compulsive shopaholic buying shoes to relief her frustrations. Maggie is expelled from her father's home by her stepmother, and lodges at her sister's apartment. When Maggie has a one night stand with Rose's boyfriend, Rose sends her sister away. She finds letters and postcards hidden in her father's drawer from her missing grandmother Ella Hirsch. She believed Ella was dead but actually lives in a retirement compound in Florida so she decides to travel to meet Ella. With Ella, Maggie changes, becoming another woman and improving the relationships in her family.

I have check on the movies on this site and they all have a little dot right at the half way point of the movie. Thus it will stop and not continue. why is this and will it be fixed soon. Please advise thank you,.

Hi,
That little dot is just to preserve the format of the HTML articles, it's not related with the flash player at all.

For some reason, if I don't do this, the player overlap with the comments area on Internet Explorer, tags didn't work, so a tiny text like a dot was the solution I came with to prevent IE6 browsers from that overlapping.

Regarding the stops, it happens sometimes due to multiple factors, it can be either ping/stability problems with your connection, with the servers or both of them.
For example, if you share your connection with someone else and that person starts playing youtube videos in his laptop, that will slow down your connection, ping response with the server increase, and thus some packets can be lost in the transference, losing connection and not being able to finish the transfer.
In these cases you have to erase your browser cache (otherwise you won't be able to pass the point you got stuck in) and re-play the video.
