It's 89m 36s, one segment. Did you erase the browser cache before trying the second time? I've checked the file and is perfectly fine, if the cache stuff doesn't work for you please try installing another browser like firefox, it behaves a lot better with big files like these , but I'm just is just a matter of cache.
So basically, you start playing the file, then your Internet Provider refresh your IP address or some packets are not sent correctly and you lose connection, so a small fraction of the file is stored in your cache directory, after that... whenever you try to play the file, it just reads what it have without downloading anymore, that's why clearing your cache is very important if you want to get the whole file.
