Eliza Welch (Uma Thurman) vive cómodamente en el barrio West Village de Nueva York, tiene dos hijos pequeños, un marido cariñoso pero muy despistado (Anthony Edwards) y un enorme deseo de encontrarse a sí misma y poder retomar su abandonada carrera de escritora. Sin saberlo, está a punto de vivir un día que pondría a prueba hasta a la mejor madre del mundo: en sólo 24 horas deberá organizar el cumpleaños de su hija, lidiar con el equipo de rodaje de una película que ha invadido su urbanización, asistir a la comida semanal con sus amigas, intentar escribir un artículo para una revista, sacar a pasear a su perro incontinente, y por si fuera poco, perseguir a su escurridizo hijo de dos años.

I like Uma Thurman in everything she plays in so, I knew it would be a good movie. It played all the way through but the end was cut short. Not before you know the ending so, it's not a big disappointment. I seem to like the old players better that you used before though, they played all the way through without the interruptions you seem to have with these JW players, even with firefox and cleaning the cache.
