Resúmen
Está producida y dirigida por Chuck Lorre (creador de "Dos hombres y medio" -Two and a Half Men-) y Bill Prady (productor ejecutivo de "Gilmore Girls") para los estudios Warner Bros. Television. Se emite por la cadena de television CBS en Estados Unidos. La serie que trata sobre dos "nerds" que comparten piso: Leonard (Johnny Galecki) y Sheldon (Jim Parsons). Aunque ambos están doctorados en física teórica y son capaces de calcular la probabilidad sobre la existencia de universos paralelos, no tienen ni la menor idea de cómo relacionarse con el resto del mundo, especialmente con las chicas.
